Orders for next day delivery must be placed and confirmed by no later than 3:00pm the day before.
Orders for Saturday & Sunday (or a long weekend Monday) must be placed and confirmed by 3:00pm the Friday before.

Q: How far in advance should I order?
A: While we do offer next day service, booking well in advance is strongly recommended for larger orders.
All menu selections and quantity may not be available without notice. Menu selection is subject to change to stay in keeping with availability of the freshest and finest seasonal ingredients.
Q: Do I have to pay for it right away?
A: Payment is not required when placing your order, though a valid credit card is required to confirm your order.
*Please note that no order is confirmed until a credit card is on file.
Q: Is a deposit required?
A: For orders larger than $500 (before tax and delivery charge) we require a 50% deposit with the balance due upon delivery.
Q: Is there a minimum order amount?
A: While there are minimum order amounts in place for delivery, there are no minimum order amounts for pick-up orders (please see "Delivery & Minimums" section for delivery rates and minimum order amounts).
Q: Do you guarantee your prices?
A: Prices quoted for any event or functions that have not been confirmed with a credit card on file, or booking deposit are valid for 2-weeks after being sent.
Pricing for any event or function already secured and confirmed will always be honored.
A valid credit card is required to secure all orders.
Delivery Orders – The credit card provided to secure your order can be used for payment the day of your delivery if you wish – the card will be charged and you will be sent a copy of your receipt via email for your records (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX accepted).
Alternatively, you may provide your delivery driver with an exact cash payment upon delivery if preferred.
*Please note our delivery drivers do not travel with change for cash transactions, nor do they carry interact/credit machines.
Pick Up Orders – You are welcome to pay for your order upon collection at the restaurant (cash, credit or interact).
Corporate Accounts – Direct billing for corporate accounts (EFT) may be set up depending on the volume and frequency of orders placed, payable within 15 days.

*Taxes will apply to all orders.
We understand that sometimes plans change – and that’s okay! A minimum of 24-hours advance notice is required to cancel any order free of charge.
*It is important to note that 50% of your order total (including delivery charges) will be charged as a cancellation fee for orders cancelled with less than 24-hours notice.
Requests for Changes
Request for changes to existing orders must be received 24-hours prior to the delivery date, we will do our very best to accommodate last minute requests.
Clients will remain responsible for all orders placed if changes cannot be accommodated.

We are usually quite flexible here at Cotto Catering when it comes to small menu adjustments to accommodate dietary needs – preference or allergy, just ask!
Cotto Catering is NOT a nut free facility and will not be able to guarantee the products will not come into contact with nuts during preparation – however, we will do our best to avoid cross contamination.
